I'm too ticklish - what should I do?

I am so ticklish

when someone just strokes my skin, I get ticklish
I was kissing my guy and he was playing with my nipples, I got so ticklish and then he kissed it and got even more ticklish.

Anything I could do to stop being so ticklish everywhere.
I felt bad when I slightly jerked my body around while he touched me, but he understood lol

Have you ever noticed that you can not tickle yourself? No matter how light your touch, even if you use feathers, what YOU do will not tickle! (Well ... not like when someone else does it.)

Why? Because your brain knows its coming, that you are controlling it, and, therefore, will not react the same way.

So ... all you need to do ... which is by no means easy! ... is train your brain to "expect" someone else's touch to "feel" just like yours.

It will take time! But, it is possible. Your partner can help. Have him "warn" you before he is going to touch you. Then ... just "think" that it is You doing it. It will also help if he uses a heavier/firmer, slower, touch.

I've had ticklish partners before. I usually end up laughing as much as they do.

Foreplay is generally the worse time for ticklishness. Once you have a good laugh about it, everyone seems to relax and the over-sensitivity gets better as things continue and you get down to business.

I feel your pain... I have a big foot fetish and my boyfriend has EXTREMELY ticklish feet! He used to flop around like a fish out of water any time I tried playing with them. Over time, he's gotten to the point where he can handle it a lot better and can let me rub, kiss, and lick his feet without it driving him TOO crazy!
