Loperamide acts on the movement of your intestine and bowel , so it will not clean you out , in fact you will more than likely be full
of shit .

The best thing you can do is is to give yourself an enema a few hours before , this should do the trick.........Enjoy , ..|

Up in the Sticky section of this forum is a thread called "All About Ass" that gives different perspectives on enemas and preparing for anal sex.

For most guys, enemas are unnecessary and may just stimulate the bowel to move more (with some possible water leakage at the wrong time). And using an enema (makes your rectum contract) and Imodium (makes your entire bowel slow down) is just creating more of a problem.

Unless you stick your finger in and feel something there or unless you have bowel problems like irritable bowel disease, all you need to do is clean with soap, your finger and a washcloth (or a moist wipe). In the Sticky thread, you'll find other viewpoints- there are guys who just don't feel like they can relax and enjoy getting fucked without douching first and a small over-the-counter enema isn't going to cause harm if you're one of those guys.

LOL It certainly would give the poster a good clear out :)

Why do you think i said a few hours before when mentioning the enema , as for water leakage , NOT if taken a few hours beforehand .
As for enemas stimulating the bowel , aint that the point ???

A lot of people have the idea that there's this big pile of poop sitting in the rectum just waiting to come out. The poop actually accumulates at the ascending colon- about 6 feet away from the rectum. It moves to the rectum immediately before a bowel movement which is when most people have that feeling that they need to go to the bathroom. Once you go to the bathroom, the rectum is empty unless you have a motility issue (e.g. irritable bowel disease).

Think of food in the gastrointestinal tract as a train moving through a tunnel. If you put something in, the train moves forward. So, eating a big meal will trigger the bowel to move everything forward to make room- a process called peristalsis. That's why we say to avoid big meals before anal sex- it's just going to trigger the colon to start moving which makes it more likely that there's going to be stool in the colon.

One of the triggers for peristalsis is having something in your rectum. So, if you use a large volume of water in an enema, you're going to trigger the colon to start moving things forward. That may actually trigger stool in the small intestine or in the ascending colon to move into the rectum right before you have sex and that's going to just make things messier. Often when we give a person an enema, they end up going 2-3 times over the next hour until the movement of the colon stops.

That's why I suggest sticking a finger in the rectum immediately before sex. If you feel something there, try to go to bathroom. If that doesn't work or if you're really paranoid about it, a small disposable enema can be used to clear the rectum. That's all that's needed.

Karabulut , I am not one of those people who think that there is a "big pile of poop sitting in the rectum" , This is why i made a point of saying using an enema a few hours beforehand .

Plus i mentioned nothing about large volumes of water being introduced to your rectum .
Part of your last sentence"a small disposable enema can be used to clear the rectum. That`s all that`s needed"

Am pretty sure that is what i had posted , oh and for your info i do know what peristalsis means , and as you know no matter what there is always some fecal matter in your colon .

I am well aware that you are more experienced than me , but i would be grateful ig you could manage not to talk to me like a 1st year
student . Thanks .
