I'm sooo sorry to hear about your loss. I myself never had a dog growing up so I don't know what its like to have a pet to love. I've been wanting a puppy really badly lately but I work too much to be a good pet owner. I can't say i know how you feel but I wish happiness for you and your other pup. (*8*)
 
.........hey, add me to your list of friends who feel bad about yur losing Doggie.....pets are a very special part of one's life and when it's time for them to leave it always hurts and leaves a vacuum.........
 
I'm so sorry for your loss.
I lost my beloved cat of 15 years and shortly thereafter my sister moved in with me, she lost her loving dog (same age as my cat).
They were both amazing animals and we decided never to get anymore (we couldn't handle the grief).
Then ten years later (2 years ago) we got two shih-tzu brothers who have given us such love and joy.
It's sort of like our human friends and family, we love them each for different reasons than our original pets. But we love then nontheless.
 
man, i'm sorry. we have two dogs, both 14. we're so lucky to have had them this long. i feel your pain because i love my dogs like children.
