Been bulking muscle mass for a while. Still got some resilient belly fat. So over a month ago I started doing intermittent fasting. Basically, I eat just one meal a day. It's been working as my stomach has been flattening out.
One side effect I've observed is my sex drive has increased quite a bit. Before, we were having sex maybe twice or so a week. Lately, I've been horny quite a lot and I've been coming onto him a lot more often. Like 5 times a week.
Like when we were in Galena, IL this past weekend for a weekend getaway, I had sex with him twice a day. Had sex at night before bedtime, then early next morning I was on top of him again.
Any idea why intermittent fasting, or one meal a day, has ramped up my sex drive so much?
