(don't want one either.....proprietary piece of crap  )

Roger Miller? What song(or album)?

i have a live album and a bunch of various tracks.
unfortunetly, the only CDs you can get are the live one i have and some "best of", although the 3 disc King Of The Road box set looks promising.
i love Roger Miller, i think he's a genius.

very nice, Lex!
it makes me sad that no one else had Ratatat, they're so damn good!

do yourself a favor and look up John Prine.
and feel free to throw out any suggestions, you have earn the right.

I made cookies for Photo Atlas a couple months ago.

And I recently found out that one of the guys from We Are Scientists lived in the same dorm room that I did in college. (Several years apart, obviously.) Weird.

I do know John Prine. Only a mild like, which is why I have nothing from him on the computer.

Recommendations? Um...the Battles?

Lex

Photo Atlas is pretty good.
i love WAS, they need to release a new album. and that's cool that they when to school with you!

Prine is my hero. i want to be him when i grow up. give his first 3 albums (S/T, Sweet Revenge & Diamonds In The Rough) a listen. i tend to like his early stuff and much later stuff, but it's all really great.

i can't get into Battles. i should give their new album a listen though.

i will post a list of all the artists on my iPod.
