It is so much easier to be world weary when you've experienced only a very small part of it.

Get out there, get dirty and live life. Go work in a lumber camp or on an oil rig or a ranch. Go backpacking through Europe and India. Meet guys you didn't even imagine existed.

When you're 50 and played out, then you can complain of being cynical. But by that age, if you do as I've suggested, I'll bet you wouldn't be.

Men don't find other "men" living at home, never having had to support themselves, nor experienced in life whining about how jaded they are very interesting.
