well if goat cheese came from a goat's ass i would hate to venture a guess where limburger comes from.

goat cheese tastes like goats smell

it's the true, I had a pet goat and that is how he smelled (on the front!!)

But I have found that aged goat cheese is milder than fresher goat cheese. And It's quite good.

Especially because you eat less of it, which is good for you


BTW when my brother was a baby he was given goat milk because he was allergic to cow's milk and to formula. He was the fattest baby in the family. Now he is skinny as a rail... :(

Goat cheese is an acquired taste, to be sure.

If you let it soften, mix it with some bread crumbs, form into small patties and brown them in a skillet, it tastes like really intense grilled cheese.

(which of course, it is...)

It's OK like that, or sliced up on top of a salad, but truth be told, if I never had it again, that would be OK, too. ;)

But, I've done the fried goat cheese thing, before...

Had a taco tonight with goat cheese. Well shredded.

It tasted so fucking nasty.

I took the cheese out.

The meat tasted bad too though.

Crappy taco

But I very much dislike goat ass.
