Is it okay to look at ethnic guys

It's just as okay and appropriate (or inappropriate) to look at an "ethnic" man as it is a white man.

I understand how growing up in an area with a low population of minorities may lead to some preconceived notions and a hypersensitivity towards what is considered offensive and what is not, especially when one's exposure is solely through the media, but really there's no need to have two separate guidelines of behavior in this regard for people of different races. It's based more on the individual, and the situation, not on the race of the other party.

It's okay to check out ethnic guys. I have it easy, I live in LA. Just few days ago, I was having lunch and was checked out by a hot latin firefighter. He was trying to be subtle since he was with his straight coworkers. It was fun since I was by myself and could check him out all I wanted. If he was alone, I know we would have put out each others fires. Firemen are always in heat.

I'm a small town mid America white guy who hasnt seen many ethnic guys naked. When it has happened I feel like I shouldnt look out of respect for their privacy and dignity as it may be in a gym shower or something college related and most guys of any race dont want you looking.
So when I see porn or magazines with layouts of blacks, latinos or Asians I feel like I shouldnt be looking or infringing on their territory. I remember hearing a line a black guy said in a movie that had a black guy standing there and a white gay guy looking at him and the black guy said, "You can look but you ain't getting none of this." as he pointed to his crotch with both hands.
It made me think that no black guy wants to be ogled by a white guy. A lot of porn is made by str8 guys who think only females will be looking at it. Most guys dont want other guys looking at their business.
So you ethnic guys, do you care if we look? do you want us to look? do you mind if we lust after you and think about how awesome you are? Or are you thinking that you want guys of your own race using this ethnic section and the white boys to go see the vanilla stuff.
This white boy wants to know and do things right.

There's nothing wrong with being attracted to a particular 'type', as long as you still treat people as individuals. If I'm attracted to a guy who happens to be African-American, Latino, Asian......there's nothing to apologize for, as long their ethnicity isn't the only reason I'm attracted.

A lot of times some guys regardless of there ethnic backgrounds would find it flattering that they intrigue you enough for you stare at them.

Just don't stare to long if you notice that they are straight. lol

Hey guy, YOU are the "ethnic" guy for men not of your color or heritage. Why should it bother you if you were being checked out by a man of a different ethnicity than yours? I really wouldn't worry about looking at black guys...I'm black and I don't care, I'd find it flattering if someone was staring at me, lusting or what have you!
