It taste really nice and i like it.
I'm not a drinker so i don't want to over do it.

Like all things a small amount in moderation is good for your health and well being. But most tend to over do it

30ml per day isn't too bad. i don't know what kind of drink it is, but making it a daily habit is the thing that can turn out bad. if you really just like the taste, spare it for good occasions, and there will most likely come no harm out of it.

although a recent study has shown that even small amounts of alcohol can increase the chance to get cancer - for women. however the common position is that a glass of wine every other day is a health benefactor ..

It is a ButterScotch alcohol, creamy sweat taste really nice.

Probably best not to have it daily.

Had to do an ounce conversion One ounce of liquor isn't that bad. I sip on an ounce of scotch in the evening whilst I decompress. I can hardly see how it would have any real world disadvantages. especially when you say you drink once a week. having that one shot a week is nothing. One good thing is that the bottle will last you a while :O

It sounds sinfully delicious... I should look for some.

To your drinking in context I have a minimum of a 70 units a week at moment.
