Sometimes I gotta think... People can say sorry and not mean it... but then when it comes to it - the 3 simple words "I love you" come as a challenge to some people...

Is it because the idea of not knowing the outcome of the situation - whether they like you or not stopping you from throwing yourself into the deep end?
