for your teeth like sugar ?

On the package of the mints, it says:
* 99% fat free
* low GI
*Gluten Free
*No artificial colours, no artificial flavours
*Dental Friendly

Ingredients:

isomalt, maltitol, peppermint oil, Sweetners (950, 955), Soybean oil

No it is not , as long as you don`t spit it out when finished *chewing the cud* . For someone else to step on .

It's not bad for your teeth (but then again, there's no benefit for your teeth either).

One thing to be aware of when eating "sugar free candy" is that the sugar substitutes isomalt and maltitol are organic compounds that are commonly known "sugar alcohols". These substances can draw more water into the digestive tract which can cause bloating and diarrhea. One or two pieces usually isn't a problem but when people consume them all day, they may find themselves running to the bathroom later in the day.

^ So anyone who has problem with pooing or their poo is too hard solid, they can eat this "sugar free candy" alot ?

Only if you want to trade it for explosive diarrhea.

Actually, I was being serious.

These sugar alcohols have high osmolarity. That's why they draw lots of water into the colon. So, if you eat a bag of those sugar-free candies, don't be surprised if you find yourself spending a crampy couple of hours running back and forth to the toilet (no pun intended).

If you're having trouble with constipation, you want a fiber agent that adds bulk to your stool and softens it- like bran, psyllium or other cereals.

^Or even satchets of fiber powder , just mix with a drink . Wholemeal bread is also good .
