An actor, director or writer?


I am a big movie watcher, but no one gets me to see a movie I am not already at least a bit interested in. Is there anyone that gets you to watch something you otherwise have no interest in?
 
Not really. There might be an actor that I think is funny and I would be more likely to check out the movie. But I'm not that good at names of actors.
 
I will pretty much watch any Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy, Mike Myers, Denzel Washington or Liam Neeson movie. They are such great actors. Even though its a limited list, Chris Farley's movie are always at the top of my list for movies I can watch over and over again.
 
Philomena Cunk (Diane Morgan) from the Cunk on Earth. New series come out in January! 😉

 
Tom Hanks, even if he's had a few clunkers. Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep. Oh, and Pee Wee Herman :)
 
I don’t really mind streaming movies at home, but for certain directors and actors, I feel the need to support them by going to the cinema. People like Christopher Nolan, Ari Aster, and Leonardo DiCaprio, whose films never disappoint.

Sometimes I like to go in blind, but for some movies, the trailer really gets me hooked like Pillion. What really draws me in to a movie is the storytelling and the hype surrounding it. Some films need a trailer to convince me. For others, I already know I’ll see them in the cinema, but in most cases, a trailer helps me decide. I’m not into BDSM at all, but Pillion intrigued me. Sadly, the film is scheduled for release next year but I really want to see it. A24 really drops the ball with some of their releases in Thailand. The same thing happened with Luca Guadagnino’s Queer. The delay is killing me.

 
Colin was so peak in the early 2000s. He was insanely hot in his breakout roles like Tigerland, Minority Report, Phone Booth, The Recruit, and Daredevil, right around the time of his sex tape. :drool:
 
I've wanked my way through all of Matt Damon's films - I'd leave home for that gorgeous man!
