Hello!
So I am just going to start this off, right away.

Whenever I am showering, and I want to masturbate, I usually try placing a finger or two in my ass as well. The trouble is, whenever I do so, my finger(s) usually encounter a blockage, which, when I scrape with my fingernail, I find to be fecal material. Is this normal? I don't think it is, as I have heard that there shouldn't be fecal material in that part of your ass. I can't get my fingers more than and inch or two up, and I don't want to think about what happens what a guy tries to place his penis there, only to shove it through a mound of poop. This happens usually all the time I try placing fingers there. Sometimes, I can get my fingers a little further, maybe 4-5 inches, but never further, or enough to fully stimulate myself. I eat a very balanced, healthy diet. Not INCREDIBLY healthy, but not much junk food at all, and I eat fiber, and fruits, and salad and meats. Sometimes I will skip lunch or breakfast, not because I am dieting, just because it slips my mind or I do not have time. I only weigh about 110 and I don't eat huge amounts when I eat. Is it my diet? Should I see a doctor?

Also, whenever I try to place fingers there, I always need soap, or some sort of oil to ease my finger(s) in. (I know I shouldn't be putting soap in the hole, but when I am in the shower, it's the only available thing, and I try washing it out best I can). Whenever I watch films, guys fingering other guys just push their fingers in, without anything like lube! (unless they put lube on the fingers and hole off camera) They usually just use spit, which is what I do, or the water from the shower, but it's so dry still, and I can not ease my fingers in very well without it hurting or feeling raw, so my fingers actually never go in.

Am I going about everything the wrong way?

I'm interested to know if you have a medical issue cause I kinda have the same problem....
Although I CAN get all of my finger in there using only my saliva, sometimes when I take it out I'd find fecal remains on it.... Always wondered if it's just me....
PS, I'm still a virgin so no man was ever down there...

I am a virgin as well. I'm just so terrified that something is wrong, because I really should not be encountering that big of a blockage, that early, right? I am wondering as well if it is a medical problem, but I just can't think of how I will go to the doctor and ask him what my problem is without having to explain or say that I put my fingers up there in the first place. I don't want to have this problem forever, and I really don't want to scare some guy off when he goes down on my there with either is mouth, fingers, or dick.

Generally, as a rule there should not be feces in the rectum or anus unless you are about to have a bowel movement.

There may be residual mucus or other materials but not feces.

Usually, this is related to either not enough fiber in the diet, dry hard stools or in some cases, motility issues such as irritable bowel syndrome.

Even if there is stool in the rectum, it would not feel like a "blockage". What exactly do you feel and how far in are you feeling it?

Hmm. What I feel, and sorry for the lack of a correct term, is a long piece of feces. If i really tried, I could scrape off a piece with my fingernail, or even remove a chunk off of it with my nail or finger, and have it fall out of my anus.

I feel it about one, two or MAYBE three inches in, really not that far at all. It's basically when I first place my finger in, I feel the piece right away. And I can't stick my finger up any further without basically "spearing" the feces.

How should I better my diet, if this is what is causing it? I eat fruits, but not a whole bunch every day, maybe and orange, apple and banana everyday. Should I drink more water? I do drink orange juice a lot....If there is an article or sticky, should I look at that?

Maybe I really should see a doctor?

You may have to experiment a bit with different types of fiber - soluble fiber versus insoluble fiber. Some people respond well to the type of fiber found in fruits and vegetables while others do better on whole grains or cereal fiber. Not everyone responds the same way to different fibers- there are some people who say that soluble fiber doesn't add enough bulk or just generates intestinal gas while others find that insoluble fiber makes them feel too full or bloated.

Even with fiber supplements, some people prefer the psyllium-based supplements like Metamucil, while others like the methycellulose type supplements like Citrucel.

You may need to experiment with soluble versus insoluble fiber sources to see if either helps with better natural evacuation.

Maybe I really should see a doctor?

Sometimes physicians aren't very knowledgeable about nutrition- it's not something that they are given any training on in medical school. Your insurance might pay for a consult with a nutritionist- look for one who has the letters "RD" after their name. If that doesn't help, your next stop would be a gastrointestinal physician.

Yelp! I have the same issue! That is why I douche before hooking up.

I don't suppose it's worthwhile seeing a doctor about it anyway?? A little reassurance that there's nothing physically wrong may put your mind at rest and help with the enjoyment factor. Although, some doctors, I think, are reluctant to check you out in that area anyway, unless you specifically ask for him to do it.
