Hey there buddy
You dont have to worry it is defo not herpes as this hits the penile glans first and does have a tendency to ooze nor do i think that it is any other form of std though only a proper hands on examination by an std dr can confirm this.
From looking at the photos it looks like it could be a very fine case of eczema or and this is true a rather hot heavy and long wanking session causing localised swelling and minor discomfort, keep an eye on it for the next couple of days and you may find it getting better by itself. Though try not to worry at worst it looks like a very mild and very treatable form of eczema hope this has helped.

The pics are a little out of focus, so it's hard to tell exactly what is going on. It does look more like an atopic dermatitis.

Herpetic lesions tend to be painful and they tend to have more of a shiny, blister appearance.

You can try a topic corticosteroid ointment (available over the counter at most pharmacies). If that doesn't clear it up, you will need to see your doctor.

KaraBulut does raise an interesting point though in atopic dermatitis you do not usually see this pattern ,it is obvious that KaraBulut does have some form of medical or nursing experience and raising the point of over the counter topical corticosteroid creams is a good idea . Though to put your mind at rest pop into your local GUM clinic and get it checked out by a Doctor or RN who has had specialist training in this area though i think that we both agree that it does not look like herpes. Hope it all works out for you, take care

I would never take medical from soeone not in medical field..

One should always get check by doctor as you could never know what it may be and everyone would just be guessing.

Life and health is not a guessing game.. see a doctor...

racer2438 you raise a very good point in all my replies i have said see a dr for a definitive diagnosis. I am a doctor albeit a very junior one and any person that makes a definite diagnosis after looking at some photos(well enough said). take care Adam MB ChrP
