i guess i was expecting anal to hurt the first time, but i didn't realize HOW much. it really really hurts. i mean, once it was in, it felt pretty good, but i think i was focusing on the pain from the beginning to enjoy it very much, so i had to as him to stop (which he did) and then i realized i was completely soft and it took at least 20 minutes for it to come back.
so... is there a way to make it hurt less?

Train with toys first to get used to things in the rectum at the same time as having an erection. It'll train you to relax better as well.

The biggest thing with the pain is to learn to relax the muscles down there since they're constantly in tension throughout the day.

indeed, just gotta learn to relax. Also get the top to spend more time loosening you up with his fingers... 1... then 2.... then 3..... (depending on how big the top is). He shouldn't be entering you until the fingers are comfortable.

YOu just have to have alot of foreplay and RELAX It normally hurts for a minute and also make sure you are really clean. Being "Dirty" can make things alot worse. Good luck

Tell him to use his fingers first. First one finger, then two. Use a lot a lube and go very slowly.

thanks. that should be helpful for next time. he says i need to relax, which i find kinda hard to do when there's a dick up there. so, yes, slower.
