hmm i would ask about drugs booze being excessively tired or anxious etc etc - if it doesnt get up once in a blue moon no worries - if it never gets up -> call 911-doctor
 
I'm a paramedic and if someone called 911 because he couldn't get a boner I would laugh my ass off. I have had some pretty strange calls but that would be one of silliest ever. I'm sure you meant to get to a Dr. right away not literally call 911.

You may just have had some anxiety (whether you realize it or not) or just been tired. Who the hell knows. They do have a mind of their own. If it is a one or two time thing don't worry about it. If it happens more than that or you start having abdominal/genital pain get thy self to a Dr. right away.
