It's Star Wars Day! It's Star Wars Day!

Gah. I don't feel Meco has Star Wars' best interest at heart.

Nonetheless, I appreciate the contribution!

Ry-Kooda was the older brother of the Herglic pirate Bar-Kooda.

No references to 3rd rate comic book characters. Puh-leeze! Stupid name too. Films are canon, everything else is throwaway. I now hate Star Wars day. (Not really.)

Thanks!

They were at the Yankees game today from what I heard..not bad!

Love Star Wars!

^Seth Green (sexy ginger!) is one of the genius creators, producers, writers, actors etc to a little show on Adult Swim known as Robot Chicken. Being the huge SW fan he is and with some of the original voice talents of some of the SW actors, not to mention George Lucas himself providing some voice talents and granting his blessing, here are some great clips from 3 of the Robot Chicken Star Wars specials.

Hi new fan to the Star Wars franchise ... as the original films were before my time. Anyway I was wondering if anyone here could tell me if this Blu-ray set contained the original theatrical release of the films or an edited edition?

The Blu-ray editions are the 1997 "Special Editions" theatrical releases and the 2004 re-releases, not the original 1977, 1980 and 1983 theatrical releases. I have the complete saga Blu-ray set and the Blu-rays are stunning in visual preservation and audio (if you use a home theater system) nonetheless.

The origies, also known as the only ones that matter, were only ever released one time on DVD. Yes, after much hesitation, and probably mostly due to fan pressure, somewhere around the mid 'oughts chief fat-cat relented and slapped them on as a bonus disc to one of the myriad special releases.

You can still get them on eBay...for a premium.

^ Funny. The altered versions should be as bonus discs. Not the originals.
