Did they have a chip of it to get it's dna? Besides, it's forged from metal, so it wouldn't have dna. How did it get Mjolnir's laser power?

Ok, no prob. Sometimes, though, these writers ask for suspension of disbelif that even the most imaginitive people can't give them. (For example, asking me to believe that Captain America would break the law by being a fugitive is a bit much, only to be made worse when I'm asked to believe that a rebel like Tony Stark would be on the side of the law. But I digress.)

BTW, the real Thor perished when Asgard was destroyed. Yes, Ragnarok finally happened for real. However, this is supposed to be a cyclical thing, so like Jean Grey, it's likely he will return.

I just ended the issue 4 (8 in the states) of House of M, WOW! I loved it, poor mutants, but I loved it.

I buyed a Wolverine last week and there is a story about colossus and Rasputin, it is pretty weird.

Can anyone tell me if the Stories that are showed in the "House-of-M-verse" are independent from the House of M mini-series, from the ones that I read it there is some divergences. =P

No. Definitely not. That was shown in New X-Men. Sophie needed Kick to boost their powers when she used Cerebra to fight Quentin. She used all four of the other Cuckoos and was left near death (and Esme finished her off psychically) so they definitely still did not have Omega power levels. It almost killed them to use it so extensively, whereas Emma hardly has a problem with Cerebra and Jean didn't have one either.

I would argue that as the five in one they were definitly omega mutants. Kick was used to put them at the same power levels as Quentin, an omega also using kick, and cerebra was used to raise their powers above and beyond that. Quentin didn't stand a chance against the girls with them using so many power inhancers. The girls ended him swiftly, too swiftly for them to be shown as Quentin equals with the inhancers, whereas in other psychic battles there is clearly some kind of struggle even when one psychic is clearly the weaker (thinking any Jean vs Emma battle).

They aren't Omega. They just amplified their powers beyond Omega.

Being trained and skilled is something different.

The so-called "Omega Mutants" like "The 12" were always based on popularity to me. The Scarlet Witch, my favourite hero, was not really high on either list. Well, considering what she's recently done, perhaps people might reconsider...

No, I think 'Omega' has now been defined as wielding infinite potential. So far, the list is limited and a lot of really popular characters are not Omega candidates.

Iceman, Jean Grey, Kid Omega, Vulcan, Mister M, Franklin Richards, Elixir, and Rachel Summers.

The Cuckoos just don't have that power, even as a gestalt mind. They're just powerful, and they also lack any training. Emma is only able to be so formidable, example, in a battle between Rachel, who is Omega, because she's well trained. The Girls could probably be better than her if they ever took her lessons seriously.

p.s. Rictor isn't Avalance.... Avalanche was a memeber of the brotherhood of evil mutants/freedom force and is named Dominic Petros...... Rictor was a member of the New Mutants and X-force and is named Julio Estaban Rictor

Oops, sorry, you're right. I thought Rictor was the name of Avalanche's alter ego. Thata ll makes much mroe sense now.
