The boring old-fashioned way. I'm eating less, eating better, and exercising more. Salads and veggie wraps are playing a prominent role. And I'm jogging upwards of an hour a day.

Jenn does look good....Her version of "Believe" was great and very contolled.....Let me say this about her...She's an awesome Singer and a Great Actress...If she continues on the path she's going she'll be one of a select group of women that can Master Singing & Acting careers..
