Hi guys! First time posting on the forums, but I've seen this site a few times in the past couple of years. I thought I'd be brave and share a picture of my piercing! I hope you like it. I did it myself about 6 months ago. I started with a 16g ring, and now I'm wearing a 10g. I'm not planning to stretch it any larger. I know somebody will ask, so I'll pre-answer: No, it didn't hurt that much. The worst part was the moment when the needle finally got enough pressure on it to force its way through the skin all at once. (Think of how an earthquake happens - pressure builds up and up and up, then BANG! It all gets released at once) I'm sorry the quality of these pictures isn't too great; I took them with my phone. One of them is in a hand-held mirror, so it looks backwards! My cock bends to the left, just FYI. :)

I'm sorry -- I can't seem to figure out exactly how to attach photos, but they're in my gallery. Let me know what you think!

Ah, fellow frenum fella, hehe. I just have a barbell. What's the advantage to the ring over the barbell, in your opinion?

I started with a 16g CBR just because I knew it was apropriate for this kind of piercing, and I found a few for sale at a low price. The bead was kind of loose, and easy to remove. I was afraid I'd lose it, or worse: it'd come off when I wasn't expecting it, and the bead would roll down my pant leg and out my pants! That would have been embarrassing! When I moved on to a 14g ring, I decided to try a circular barbell instead. The bead(s) screwed on, which made them more secure. Unfortunately, I managed to strip the threads in the screws. :( When I started using 12g and 10g rings, I went back to CBR's, but I got a sturdier one. I'm not at risk of losing the bead now, but it's a pain in the ass to remove. I need to bend the ring slightly with pliers to get it on/off, but that's better than risking losing the bead, or stripping the threads of a circular barbell. Hope that answers your question! :)
 
I think it looks awesome. This is one of the piercings I would consider getting myself. You have a good, thick frenulum for it.

I used to do the self-harm thing with saftey pins, and enjoyed that whole piercing of the flesh thing too.
