..Well, I'm not exactly a regular poster on here, but I do check these forums every day and I thought this would be the best place to ask about my 'symptoms'.

For a few weeks now, when I lean over the bathtub or something, my bladder feels really uncomfortable, like it's swollen/bloated or something, meaning I can't actually lean over for more than a second until it gets too uncomfortable to handle. Another thing for the past few weeks - I've had an annoying pain in my upper-back whenever I sit down, I'm guessing these two are totally un-related though...

Any help or ideas would be truly appreciated - as it's been worrying me for a while.

Regards. (*8*)

Yes, based upon your symptoms you should see a doctor for a check-out.

um, no, not unrelated - could be a bladder infection back tracking up to the kidneys.

So, maybe a visit to the doctor might be advisable?

^^^that would be my thoughts, something wrong with the urinary tract or renal system. or gall/kidneys stones maybe.

rule of thumb, any uncomfortable, unidentifiable pain anywhere on your body that persists for more than a few days and you have no visible bruises......go to your doctor.....thats what they are for.

better to go and be told its nothing than to ignore it and risk something serious

Yeah, a bladder infection or something along them lines would make sense - I've booked a doctor's appointment for Tuesday so I'll just wait and see!

Thanks all! :)

Yes, I believe it could be a bladder infection. It could be related to your prostrate too (both are located next to each other), even though I am not really sure about that. A doctor is always a good idea. Its better to get it check out then not doing anything about it.
