Disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for rape and sexual assault.

I thought one of the more interesting things to come out of this trial was that Weinstein is almost an hermaphrodite. His penis is very small and is virtually hidden in a fold that looks like a vagina

Re: Justice!

I just shut off msnbc, his atty was on there trying to make a name for herself. Pathetic. She’s claiming an unfair trial and an appeal...poor Harvey....poor poor Harvey. I hope he enjoys others doing unto him as he did unto them.

Now there's a new one that hopes to break a hurtful stigma. Meet Dinky One, a site for those with small penises and the people who love them. Founded by David Minns, Dinky One hopes to combat the pressure by the media and porn industries to confirm to certain ideals — in this case, a big penis.

Well Harvey.

You certainly will have a reputation that long outlives you.

But watch him dodge prison time because of 'medical' conditions.

His attorney has already asked the court for mercy based on his poor health. She wanted prison to be limited to 5 years. Suicide is probably in his future.

Suicide is probably in his future.
I hope the prison Authorities keep him on suicide watch indefinitely.
The thought of him shivering and naked, trying to sleep on a cold iron bed with no mattress, sheets, or pillow for the rest of his life makes me smile. With that in mind, I hope he lives a long time too.

I could be wrong but I don't think he'll get "Epsteined" either, since the trial is over and he really doesn't have anyone to threaten to blab on.

Well he got what he deserved, hopefully this'll be a wake up call to all those like him both male and female.

^ the easy way out. He needed to spend some quality time in jail

I never have understood the relevance of a criminal's health at the time of trial or sentencing.

Was the victim allowed time to feel like being raped, robbed, or murdered?

Fuck the criminal's health. There had to be enough evidence to convince a D.A. or a grand jury to indict. That's not guilt, but reasonable cause.

In almost all these trials where a senior is accused, it is for crimes that go back for years to the point when the accused WAS in normal health. If that person has evaded prosecution or capture long enough to be old, then that is just the breaks.

War criminals were often in their 8th decade of life when caught. That didn't bring back the dead.

That's the good ole totally-functional American judicial system that is a well-oiled machine and has zero systemic issues. I mean, certain people have been ringing the alarm for years that we need reform, I kinda remember maybe a protest or two, I think. As it stands, "My client is too unhealthy to face the consequences of their actions" is a thing that is actually said and sometimes works. See: Ron Jeremy. Inversely, "My client has a bright future that is compromised by these charges" is also a thing. See: Brock Turner.

Gosh, if only somebody had said something the court system....
