The foreperson also says some jurors are considering allegations outside of the realm of the case in their deliberations.

Shenanigans that sound like the basis for the overturning of the previous conviction: trying to get unrelated allegations considered, this time by jurors instead of the judge allowing the prosecution to do so.

The Jury doesn't sound balanced either: 7 women and 5 men when women have acknowledged in-group bias.

The previous conviction has already been overturned. That's the reason for the present retrial.

And as I keep pointing out. It is all moot. His other convictions will keep him in prison for the rest of his life.

This isn't about whether he was unfairly convicted.

It was a procedural ploy to keep the process running although I can't imagine he has the resources to keep fighting this.

It is likely more akin to a remake of 'Bleak House'.

The judge declared a mistrial on the third charge relating to allegations made by Jessica Mann who is apparently an actress. It will be retried at a later date.
