Never heard of the group but I am very impressed. Good song and the video is great.
 
I love it. If this is an official video I give the guys of Keane a lot of credit for taking such a bold step with a music video.
 
It's a cool video, but I'm not sure that it's Keane's original video (the song is certainly theirs). If you go to http://www.keanemusic.com/ and click on Music, then Video Jukebox, you can watch their original video.

That being said, kudos to whoever produced the other video, as it's very well done!
