I've been taking it for a few days now along with pycnogenol, omega 3, and some vitamins. But I've been taking it for different reasons, like just to stay healthy. I haven't noticed anything different with my penis. But its just been a week.

Probably about 2 or 3 weeks. I've also notice a little more vascularity along my shaft. It's pretty hot, I also take a load of other supplements for building muscles, but I heard zinc and tribulus are also pretty good in addition to the l-arginine. Let me know if that helps. :-)

As a diabetic, I started taking this supplement lately and I can say it has worked for me. It is not viagra or levitra but it does work, combined with diet and exercise.
