I think that it is important to let people know that it is a weekend event but have one major day for the JUB get together, because some people (including probably my workaholic self) will not be able to be there the entire weekend. I would think the day of Disneyland would be the best being it is the main park, which is the Saturday. What do you think?

They can still meet the other days as well.

We should create interest now...so that people from other states can plan ahead of time. Whether it is scheduling vacation time, booking flights and hotels, etc. It is off-season for Disney so it should be cheaper. :)

Hmm.

I have only been to disneyland once or twice.

My boyfriend has never been to world or land and would love to go.

If I went to this would it be okay to take my boyfriend?

We won't see each other once when I start college and I know he'd love it if I took a little time off from school and we went to the gayest place on earth together :)

And I'd like to meet the guys from JUB too :D

He doesn't go to this forum is why I am asking if it's okay to bring him.

It's a possibility for me, but it won't be easy - by the time it ends I may be as deep as 31 or 32 days into a massive trip (if indeed the trip actually happens as I hope). I wouldn't really want to spend a couple weeks in southern California and, just as soon as I get home, fly right back out again - which is the only other alternative.

If it's near the tail end of the big trip, I'll be driving, rather than flying.

^ I will have had a weekend in Prescott earlier, then gotten to Las Vegas and SoCal, doing various hanging around and business and other stuff and waiting for that first October weekend to come.

The trip has actually been planned since last September, but not the Dizzy-Land part which of course is brand new.

Probably starting it sometime during Labor Day week, I'll be kind of "pushing it" by the time October starts, because it's hard to be gone for over a month.

This might even be a good excuse for me to finally make a side trip to Hawai'i.

But the alternative is going to SoCal, driving back, then flying back out almost immediately upon my return, which would totally suck.
