A prostate massager or butt plug will do the trick. Aneros is one of the more common massagers. There are also butt plug sets that come with 3-4 different size plugs that can be used to find the correct size for these situations.

I second the idea of getting an Aneros. I've never had any luck having a full-on anal orgasm with the one I have, but they really do stay in place.

Just make sure to follow the directions, use plenty of lube, and have him get used to it being up there. Getting too excited might be a little rough on the prostate.

I wouldn't really say so. They're made of a pretty rigid plastic, and in my experience sitting on it pushes it forward and creates too much pressure to be comfortable.

Maybe if you're used to plenty of ass-play, (which I'm not) it wouldn't be so bad. Even then, I don't think they were designed with that in mind.
