Speedos are sexy as hell.
The thing is, these days, the general style of tight lycra-based swimwear is different, though. They're a blend between shorts and briefs. They still have that general speedo style, but the cut across the leg is a lot lower (so it shows off a lot less of the thigh). I remember watching swimming and diving (or even just movies and TV shows) from the late 80s or 90s, and they had far more of the classic speedo design (where they far more closely resembled classic briefs ... sitting up higher, closer to the navel, with a narrower strip of fabric around the waist, showing off more of a guy's legs).
But I don't see many of those anymore, whether I'm watching sports or just down at the beach. It seems that style isn't popular anymore, which makes me sad.
