Unsurprised....
At the moment though...just to make it all about me...I could possibly be having cataract surgery the same time as my partner has his knee replaced...the blind leading the lame.

When the train drivers go on strike, it's a complete pain in the arse. When the Hollywood screenwriters and actors go on strike, life goes on regardless.
Good luck with that. Cataract surgery is rather like going to the dentist these days. Knee replacement not so much.
Oh, I don't know. I slept right through my hip replacement.

I have heard that it is the physical therapy after the knee replacement that is really painful.
