Do lube-free non-latex condoms exist? This guy I've been getting into has a latex allergy, and he's also sensitive to most lubes. o.o

This is making me scratch my head a lot.

Look at the sheep skins ones, and read the label. They have a moisture, but it is different from most lubes.
Or Try any non latex and wash out the lube.
Or find a lube which works for him, apply it first and hope it dilutes the other lubes enough.
Vasoline, applied first, will protect him from later lubes.
Look on the internet for non-lateex, non- lube condoms.
You will need to experiment.

You're looking for polyurethane condoms. Sheep skin offers no barrier to STIs. I'm sure there are those that are lube-free.

Also, it may not be the lube to which he's allergic: I have reactions to the spermicide in the lube. Which is why I use non-lubricated condoms.

There used to be a brand "Avanti" that was non-latex and had no lube. They've been gone for a year or so though :(

Several manufacturers had latex-free (usually polyurethane) condoms but they didn't sell well, probably because they weren't marketed and because they don't fit as snugly as the latex condoms do.

Trojan's brand of polyurethane condoms is the Supra brand. Lifestyle's Skyn brand is polyisoprene.

A couple of the web condom shopping sites offer non-latex sampler packs. If you try that route, be sure to throw out the lambskin condoms since they're not considered safe for anal.

The problem is that I do find multiple kind of latex-free condoms really easily, but if it's latex free, they always add "lubricated." This worries me. We can try washing out the lubricant and hoping for the best, but I guess I'd rather pay for a lube-free one if it exists.

That is a different issue. The problem with many of these non-latex materials is that they stiffen and are more prone to failure when exposed to air. The lubricant packaged in the condom serves both as lubrication (which lessens failure) and also keeps the surface of the condom free of adhesion/dryness.

The lubricant- as long as it doesn't contain a spermicide- is usually relatively safe for most people. They typically contain the same chemicals as common food additives, so the incidence of allergy is considered low (certainly when compared to latex sensitivity). You may have to do a skin patch test with the lube to see if he reacts. If he doesn't react, it should be fine.
