I would ask at a local hospital if they know of any medical facilities that can help those like yourself. I know there are some charity-run facililties like that, just not sure if there are any in Vegas. I would imagine there have to be.

 I can't make anything out of this.
If it is so embarassing that you cannot speak to anyone, nor afford it alone - I don't see a solution if there is nothing that anybody would do for free against it.
You need to jump over your own shadow.

umm whats the problem. If you could give some hint.

I'm 100% sure there must be many people have the same problem as you because there are over 6,000,000,000 people on this earth. :)

Your first priority should be to see a doctor to at least know for sure what it is (or isn't). The initial visit isn't going to cost a fortune and it's better to know where you're at.

Assuming some treatment that you can't afford will be required, there may be help available to you; the doctor might have some ideas and you should also check with social services in your area.

we've all talked about some embarrassing stuff in this forum, you shouldn't be embarrassed. None of us actually know you and in this forum you won't be judged, especially if it's a medical problem that you can't control.

If it is something serious you need to do something, you don't want it to go for so long that it ends up being even worse then it would be if you treated it now. I know that with my Chron's disease, I had no clue anything was wrong with me until the night I went into the ER after vomiting for 7 hrs straight. The only thing anyone had mentioned was that I had lost weight so I went to the dr. and he just said oh maybe it's IBS....so it's a good Idea to go see a Doctor just to find out what you're dealing with, maybe it'll be something you can treat by yourself, which most likely won't cost you too much. You should also look into insurance, my employer doesn't offer insurance so I just had to get my own and went through my states insurance plan which was easy and doesn't cost a lot(or anything if you don't make a certain amount of money)

Nevada has a public health system. You should enroll in the Medicaid system and get a clinic card before you need their services.

Once you're in the clinic system, you can see a doctor.

Perhaps you might be more willing to discuss your issue via PM with one of the regular posters in H&W (since this forum doesn't seem to have a moderator at the moment).

Word of advice, as embarassing as it may be, going to a doctor will help you deal with it and fix it. I was embarassed to go and show a doc my dick becuase I thought I'd caught a fungus, so I went and got some over the counter cream for it and after a month of stubbornly using it, thinking that it would work, I ended up going and the doc said "That is not a fungus, it's a common type of dry skin that requires just a regular moisturizer. If you had come earlier, it would have been fixed about a week or two after you discovered it, but as you used antifungal cream on it, that actually made it drier and worse."
He even asked me if I tend to go commando (which I do), and when I admitted that I do, he advised me to only do so when I'm going to wear pants that are made of a soft fabric because it has become apparent that my skin is quite sensitive.
Now, I'm on his treatment, he was a very old man (could have been my grandpa) but he even said, "If you get lonely, use lube so it won't chafe (spelling?) the skin, if you 'have company' make sure to use lots of lube, be safe and just keep using the new cream."
The visit wasn't as bad as I thought and now my buddy (dick) is so much better :)

Not an STD.
And I'm going to tell my mom tomorrow[I hope], they're having a party tonight so it'd be a bit out of place. lol
I thought about it, I figure seeing as I squeezed out of her vagina a month early and looked like an alien for a while, nothing can really be that embarassing to her.

:[

Ugh.

so,how's it?
