Wanky, I'm very glad that you are asking for help and I hope my post didn't imply that I thought you were stupid. That certainly wasn't my intent. My concern is that if you feel like you are going to die, then you need someone to have a real conversation with. The forum format is fairly limiting and frankly I'm not qualified to deal with such a serious problem. I wish I could provide more help. but I know I could easily make matters worse.
