Massive porn censorship coming to UK on 25th. is there a way around it?

I had no idea how close this was. I live in the UK and this mithering group clled Offcom are going to 'regulate' the adult sites which will mean I most like will not be able to access here!! This is supposed to start proper on the 25th July.

I am wondering if there is a way around this. I have never had a VPN, but would this help me get around this censorship. I SO hate it, and it is typical fucking England would be at the forfront of taking away people's internet freedoms. Such a puritanical mithering little island mindset!!

So I am finding ways to give them the finger so I can acccess what I choose.
