I would disagree with the fact that a large percentage of church guys are raping boys. It is a very small but very well publicized number that are doing that. I also would probably agree that many church guys do in fact masturbate, but have no hard evidence for that claim.
Back to the topic.... I could see this as possibly being true. Jacking off is well known to decrease your chance of getting prostatitis. So I could see it decreasing your cancer risk as well. But I could also see a mechanism for it to increase that risk. More studies are needed for conclusive evidence either way imo.
