In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with masturbating as often as you like, and it is much better then leaving all that pent up energy inside.
Please do not feel gulity, it is healthy and natural to masturbate.
Relating to the sex question, sex is also a healthy and natural, (and very fun hopefully) experience. Please do not feel guilty, everyone does it, our society has for some reason put a guilt next to sex, but it is fine.

More seriously -- it took me a while to learn, but for starters there's nothing wrong with masturbation. Unless you're in a position to procreate, all the sperm and semen will just end up coming out in wet dreams or getting reabsorbed by the body, so you're not wasting anything. I think the biggest reason religious types are against it is because, well, it FEELS GOOD! and you're doing it for yourself -- but that's no different than a hobby, which makes you feel good, and you do for yourself... or like working out, which pumps out those endorphins or whatever, and makes you feel good.
For some people, masturbation brings feelings of guilt because it's so lonely -- whereas sex doesn't, becasue there's someone you're sharing with. There is certainly something about sex that begs for sharing, but that doesn't mean that going it solo is wrong, just less satisfying. For me, I have never reached a point of joy when doing it alone, while with a partner I have several times reached that point -- joy, thrill, excitement, even exaltation.
At base, remember that you own yourself. If you want to bring yourself pleasure all by yourself, it should be fun.
As far as a partner getting upset every time you make love... I've been raped, and I have guilt feelings after sex, sometimes. But if there's no traumatic memory, you have no reason to feel bad -- so go for it, solo or with a partner (or two)!

That would be as Freud called it your "Superego" comin into play. You get this moral rationale when its over like what did I just did, and you feel guilty and ashamed. Dont worry I get that way alot. Ive been in heat for a long time now and after doing it several times a day when bored or unstimulated, I dont feel as bad. You'll feel at ease soon enough.

I wouldn't qualify it as healthy, but as long as it wears off after 5 minutes then it can't really be too much of a problem.

It's not a healthy feeling, because there should be nothing to feel guilty about. I can't tell you to forget all the 'bad' things you probably have been brought up with that makes you feel guilty, but DO TRY to put them aside and try to enjoy your own sexuality and pleasure. It's only then when you're comfortable with yourself that you can enjoy sex with someone else - both giving and receiving.

I grew up feeling guilty about jacking off due to my religion. But when I had sex with someone (a guy), I never felt the guilt.
There is something different about getting off with another person than alone. Its a sharing of sorts. And a giving. I don't think you'll feel guilty.
And for the record, I feel pissed now that I couldn't enjoy j/o more when I was young.

Guilt is a very normal emotion accompanying early masturbation. It's extrememly common for guys to be on the verge of hating themselves when they first start masturbating. However, they usually outgrown it fairly quickly as they become more mentally mature and accepting of their sexuality (both gay and straight).
Perhaps there are deeper causes for this guilt the original poster is feeling that should be explored.
