JUB Addict
Well this is something I have never done before. In fact I have never kept any sort of record of my life or anything that goes on with or around me. Somehow I have been inspired to do that here I think because of reading so many Blog's here at JUB.
I don't know whether my Blog will be interesting, boring or whatever.It will be what it is.
So here we are at the close of another year. It certainly has been an interesting one for sure. One thing that comes to mind is finishing a short story that I started a few years ago. After getting a copyright on it I submitted it to a site that I'am a member of called Bad Puppy. They posted the story and it was kind of cool to see it on a website. I think the story would make an interesting movie but trying to get it to the right people for review is tough. Something to work on.
Had a birthday Dec 4th and some friends took me out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants. The prime rib was delicious. Love hanging out with friends.
I landed a new job this week. Thankfull for that being that I've been out of work for some time. The electronics industry has really taken it on the chin over the years and with all the outsourcing thats been going on these days many people have lost their job's. Anyway I start this new job in January and it sounds like it may have promise and growth for the future. (Fingers Crossed)
Of course the pay isn't what I wanted but at this point I can't afford to be too picky. Besides the job is in town and only minutes away.
The holidays are going to be busy with relatives and friends as usual. I really love Christmas time. The only thing I dislike is the crowded stores. It gets nutsy!
The gift buying is done and got a new job so now I can just kick back and enjoy the holiday season. Unfortunately I won't be seeing my parents this Christmas.
Just too far away and too little money too make it happen. I miss them so much. I hope I get the chance to see them soon.
Been thinking about joining JUB's Boy's Club. Maybe will do it in the new year.
Really enjoy JUB and taking part in the boards. Pale Phoenix is the one who got me to sign up. He used to be a Bad Puppy member and we communicated there and when he left he recommended JUB and the rest is history. Pale is a serious but funny guy. He's a real piece of work! I'am glad to know him.
So let's see today I changed my Avatar and Sig and started a Blog.
Now I think I will take a nap!
