This is taken mean the anti-LGB stance of the government despite being gay not being illegal
 
Well done, although she isn't likely a major name in Poland any more.

In other words, "I knew that Poland was anti-LGB when I agreed to perform there, but as I haven't sold enough tickets, I've decided to cancel my gigs in an attempt to save face and virtue-signal."
 
^ I suspect this may be the case.
