Whether REAL or not, I come from another Celtic area of the UK (Cornwall) and Guys in Kilts are hot. I actually paid for that site once & was 'amused' but not really satisfied.

I too wondered if that site was for real or staged. Women wear panties underneath their skirts so I couldn't believe men ran around with nothing under a kilt. Hmmmm, maybe I should go to Scotland.

Most men wear nothing under their kilt. That's the tradition. BUT....

A kilt is not light, such as a skirt. It would be a gale of a storm for a wind to lift a kilt.

It is dark under there, after all. I have to say, some of the cock under the kilt shots, seem awfully lit up.

A kilt comes down to the knees. It isn't easy to see under there normally, even if a guy was sitting with his legs spread the fabric would droop down in between and cover him.

Most guys who wear kilts are quite conscious of their nakedness underneath, and are no likely to flash someone than they might if they decided to wear underwear. In Highland Games, bagpiping events, Ceilidhs, and so on, any flashing would be severely frowned upon.

BUT...sometimes, accidents do happen! And it's fun to wear a kilt, and feel the free air down there!

It's considered traditional in the military not to wear underwear with the kilt but there's an exception and that's when men are in mixed company.

Many guys wear underwear with the kilt. If nothing else, helps keep it clean...have you any idea how difficult it is to get a kilt dry-cleaned?

You also learn pretty fast how to sit, underwear or no, so that you don't flash an unsuspecting person.

can't say i agree with you about the wind lad. i've had my kilt "breezed" up many times.

that said, looks like a lot of those are faked. most of these blokes have ordinary shoes and socks on. i'm a prof. bagpiper and i rarely see that.

have seen under quite a few kilts though... and had fun showin what's under my own.
