This looks like it could be really great. Lord knows Meryl Streep can play anything. Amy Adams is carving out a nice career for herself.
 
Just seen this on a list of 25 movies not to miss this summer.. Definitely looks like it would be worth it.

okay. just watched the preview. it looks okay.
 
Only problem is Meryl Streep is 5 foot 6 and Julia was 6 foot 2...

I'm prolly gonna stay away from this one. I love Julia Child with a passion and it pains me to see people take cheap shots at her. And Nora Ephron is not exactly on a winning streak...
 
Love Meryl she's the BEST, But this trailor doesnt win me over...I'm certain I will overlook this when it comes out..I lose interest with some Flicks that are too "Chicky/girly"...

We all know what's gonna happen.."Girl is trying to find herself, she falls in love and they bake cookies happily ever after."...End of the movie...
