Monthly Bleeding... why?

I am 20.. i had notice that i have monthly bleeding from my back ( i happens onnce

a month i have noticed that it is happening from last free months)

i am very worried about it because monthly bleeding is the problem of women not

men

now plz let me know why i am facing this problem and what is the solution of it

If the poster means "back" as in the buttocks or anus, I'm with 3stripes that it could be a pilonidal cyst.

Best to have a doctor examine it and give a definitive diagnosis.

Not sure why you'd be bleeding just monthly.
If you have bleeding that comes from your anus or the area surrounding it then you could have anal fissues or hemorhoids. But if you had those you'd know about it.
Is the bleeding in your stool? I mean when you have a bowel movement is there blood in the stool?
Do you have anal sex with anyone?
Is this bleeding strong or just an ocassional bit of blood that you see in your underwear or when you wipe your bum after a bm?

blees is not strong i mean its color was not toomuch red it was just like water

no anal sex ever ( no sex ever)
bleeding was not strong i mean not thick like blood it was like water

yeah there was bleed in my underwear (ever i dont know when did it happened.. i was just shocked when i got toilet and see my underwear

Then I think you should just see a doctor and explain what's happened. I don't think you need to worry about it... just get a doctors opinion. And do it as soon as you can.
It could be due to diet... could be due to a number of things... but if you are not bleeding profusely then it should be a minor thing.... but please get it checked out.

hmmmm i think i should wait for one month.. i could be due to deit becouse i use (ispaghol)i think its english is Hindko

2. Use dried apricots and figs in your diet.
You will have lots of problems if your bowels are hard.
Above all - try to keep a relaxed regimen.
