I don't know how many MK fans there are here but I'm getting really excited about Armageddon after I saw the E3 footage
 
I love the MK series but I agree that the lastest versions havent been all that for me.

MK Armaggedon is supposed to be the finale of the MK story as we know it. It's gonna feature every single character in MK history.

Is there a video? Could you link us please?
 
I guess I'm in the minority here, cuz I thought the last 2 MK games were phenomenal. Deadly Alliance ranks as one of my favorite games of this generation, and I'm excited to see how Armageddon will shape up. I'm curious, is it because Deadly Alliance and Deception were so radically different from prevoius MK games that you didn't like them?
 
Deadly Alliance and Decption were good for MK games, but by today's standards then they were barely there. If you put them up against Dead Or Alive 4 or Virtua Fighter 4 you would see the huge gaps between them. MK: DA and MK: D were good, but after 12 years of playing the same thing, a 3d update just wouldn't cut it. Here's hoping they really up it on Armageddon.

I saw a while back that they are doing a 3rd movie to be out next year I think. Lets hope that imroves a bit from the last film(s).
 
This game is almost released. I think it's looking pretty good, is anyone here interested in it?
 
MKA is not gonna be released on Cube :(...

but its coming for Wii though :D
 
I thought DA was disappointing but I thought Deception was awesome. I am really looking forward to Armageddon though.

They're making them two complicated. I dont need to toggle fighting styles I just want to beat some people up and for the record Kitana is way better than mileena.

The intro for Armageddon has just been released and it looks great...| However it looks like they already killed off some characters before the game even starts:



 
I LOVE ALL MK GAMES!! I am so on this one when it comes out! And I think the Gokart game is going to kick ass!
