Can anyone help? I've recently started using this and now I can't use the message functions (bold, italics, font, etc.) Also, I've noticed I've had trouble having the text appear the way I type it. Anyone know why? Thanks.

is javascript enabled? (settings, content, javascript)

Thank you for the response. Where do I find these things though. I'm not that good with computers.

i have version 2.0.0.1 and to get to what corny just said click on your menu bar across the top of your firefox page click on "tools" then on "options" then you'll get a popup and you need to click the content icon (on my version it's the blue globe), and make sure there is a check mark in the "enable javascript"

i'll attach a picture so you can see. just click on the picture below to enlarge it so you can read it.

as for not being good with computers....HA i say. you know enough to use firefox!!! ..| :=D:

Thanks Mike. I found everything ok. It said that Java was already marked as on. But oddly enough, things have started working again as you can plainly see.

Oh, and I use Mozilla because my friend suggested it when I got my computer.

Mozilla Firefox is a web browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer. No, it wouldn't improve your connection speed, byronsmall, but it's safer and easier to use. And more reliable (Internet Explorer keeps freezing on my computer while Firefox works nicely).

You can download it from www.mozilla.com, it'd take about 15 minutes to download on dial-up.

I just upgraded to FF 1.5.0.10 and for some reason my bookmark folders "A-E" transferred, but the rest of the alphabet (including "persona" which contained all of my porn sites) did not. Any quick suggestions before I start the laborious process of trying technical support?

Thanks

Peri
