i used to love this show. it came on every night like 5 or 6 years ago. and like many mtv show's they had several gay storylines. mtv needs to get back to basics to all the shows that were actually good.
 
OMG this show was AWFUL.... bad dialogue...bad acting.... cheap softcore porn that was it.... MTV actually took a good show (Spygroove) off the air for this piffle and that other craptastic show Spydergames....

Leave it to MTV to just keep pushing out crap....

ok...you're title says it's back...but you don't mention anything in your post about it coming back. Is it really returning?? If so...can we please bring back Spyder Games...haha
 
sorry for not posting any times. i can't believe so many people hate it. sure it was cheesy but where else did you see hot high school and college gays hooking up in funny situations. in fact you still don't see that now and its six years later. mtv has always been a pioneer in things like this. that's why its important to not only show videos. i'm not sure if its it back for good but it comes on tonight at midnight. here's the article:

Everybody's favorite porn series for pre-pubescents is making an unusual reappearance on the small screen this week. According to TV Guide listings, Tuesday morning, at 12:00AM EST, MTV will be airing a 5 hour marathon of "Undressed" after axing the sex-centered drama in 2002. An update to the MTV website on April 7 seems to confirm these showings.

"Undressed" featured many of young Hollywood's biggest stars before they hit it big, as well as many other faces that might seem familiar. Some of these include Adam Brody (The O.C.), Chad Michael Murray (One Tree Hill), Brandon Routh (Superman Returns), Autumn Reeser (The O.C.), Sean Faris (Life as We Know It), Sarah Lancaster (What About Brian), Jason Ritter (The Class), Jay Hernandez (Six Degrees), and Geoff Stults (October Road). Unclear is whether or not these will be new episodes or re-runs of some of the episodes from the previous six seasons.

Random Fact: Since "Undressed" and "2Gether" (RIP Q.T. McKnight), MTV has not aired a scripted series.

Yep...they only do it like everyday....

And I remember Undressed, I never understood why it had so many different people every time I watched it, but I was only like 12 when it used to air like midnight, lol
 
I used the watch the show everytime it showed up on MTV even if it was a repeat.

Maybe they will revive it or they could just be re airing it like they did with some of there other shows that went off the air and eventually put on mtv2. I found an episode with Nicholas Gonzales and one with Queer as Folks Peter Paige on You Tube.

I remember the name but i don't remember the show, i don't think i watched, probably due to the time it was on.

Part 1 i thought he got upset because it was straight porn.

I liked the first one, the brother is really masculine but i could tell where it was going. "Being crammed together with all those men, that must suck" -- "tell me about it" LOL

"The male population's pretty scared of us too" his friend is so gay.

The second part of the video would have been fun to see play out. So you know either the brother will get caught getting his dick sucked and then they both come out to each other but at the end say "don't tell mother" LOL

What they need to bring back is the first is celebrity death match not the crappy one on Mtv 2, especially with all the new celebrity beef.
 
Umm did all the episodes end anticlamatic like that? That would suck and not in the good way.

So then the viewer has to assume what next.
 
Thats pretty much how they ended each story. I wish they would have stretched out a couple of the stories but I still enjoyed it.
 
Undressed was the best! In middle school & high school this was the only source of early gay porn for me LOL. It was actually the first time I saw other boys kissing on tv so I was always thinking, "wow this is on mtv so people are okay with it!"

I also miss SyderGames! I never found out who the killer was! I remember they didn't show the remaining last few episodes because 9/11 happened.....

I know what you mean. It was the first show I saw with guys kissing as well and I was hopeless addicted but couldn't really watch it like I wanted because A-there was no TiVo and B-the fam wouldve caught me.

They actually should bring back and I'd always hoped they would. Spyder Games, not so much. Undressed was full of terrible actors but they were always changed out so you got some who'd be better the neext time around. Spyder Games was the same old people so you REALLY noticed how bad it was.
 
It was actually ground breaking for the gay community cause they had gay stories and gay kissing and sex mixed in with the straight stuff. Mtv started this great trend of men kissing on tv. Remember Melrose place? That wasn't long before undressed. Melrose swept the gay stuff under the rug and when the gay kiss was suppose to happen they cut away to andrew shew watching and his reaction. We have come a long way and undressed did that for us.

I saw that episode of Melrose Place not too long ago on SOAPnet.

As for Undressed, I really enjoyed it during the first season. After that, I lost interest. Although I did continue to watch it in hopes that it would get better.
 
i loveeee spydergames.....it was so intense.....i wish they had it on dvd....
 
i really hope this is the beginning of the change that mtv is finally trying to accomplish after a lackluster of shows over the past few years. i used to watch "undressed" in my junior year in high school. unfortunately the show ended when i became a senior. there were some hot scenes between boy on boy at that time that other programs refused to air besides "queer as folk" on showtime. i'm trying to remember if the show comes on tonight or on tuesday. i have dish network so i can browse through to see what comes on the next day. i'm definitely going to enjoy this show once again!
 
I wish they'd put the old ones on DVD. I used to love that show for the crappy dialogue by the (usually) beautiful people. :D
