'Murder by Death' is a spoof comic murder mystery in which a bunch of detectives are invited by a mysterious Lionel Twain for a weekend and a murder. They are all spoofs of fictional detectives, including one called Sam Diamond, after Sam Spade in 'The Maltese Falcon' where he was played by Humphrey Bogart. In this movie, Bogart is impersonated by Peter Falk of 'Colombo' fame. The clip starts with James Coco as Milo Perrier (Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot) explaining why he'd have like to have killed Twain. Peter Sellers as Sydney Wang (alias the Charlie Chan of 1930's movies) then asks Sam Diamond about his dark "secret" which is then revealed to all and sundry by Sam's secretary. If you haven't seen it, the movie it's well worth catching ... :) ...

"Sam, why do you keep all those naked muscle-men magazines in your office?" ... "Suspects, always looking for suspects." ... ;)
