Me and him are essentially strangers - we've only met once in our lives but keep in contact via facebook etc. He lives abroad, but came to England last year and we was going to meet, then suddenly stopped replying so I just assumed something cropped up. Anyway, we was just talking and he was drunk and told me that the reason he didn't meet me when he came to England last time is because he has a crush on me and he pussied out. I move to London soon for university and he wants to meet up with me when he next comes over.

The thing is, I think I like him a bit too... I told him that but I also said it's weird and I don't really want anything to happen (I do - but I don't, for obvious reasons), and he was like 'lets face it it's not that weird. we're essentially strangers to each other so it's all good'. He's a second cousin which makes it a little less weird but still...

What the hell do I do?!
 
He might be visiting in January for a month so we're gonna meet up then and see what happens!

He's a second cousin, it's not like he's your brother. Whether you do something or not, its no big deal.

He's your second cousin?? You're barely related at all. You can marry your second cousin anywhere in the United States. If you like each other, then go for it.
