Here is the thing...I am engaged to my fiance, and we live with his parents. His father has a big gay porn collection, and looks good in his little boxer briefs. It seems like you wish to continue hunting down his boxers and jacking in them. It could be harmless, but what happens once you are caught? There would be a whole lot of explaining to do.
 
Get a place for you and your fiance. If it is just a fetish of some kind then maybe swipe a pair of the father in laws drawers to take with you. You really don't want to cause a problem with your fiance or cause any potential problem between him and his father. I am assuming that they are fairly close if you guys are currently living with them.
