I don't use the ignore function. People can be annoying, stupid, cruel, deluded, ugly etc... I accept that. Ignoring it wont change that.

I have only seen one person say they have put me on their ignore list and until they said that, I wasn't even aware that person existed so I didn't care. I have probably made it on to a few others.

not only do they not show up, but when you add someone, they actually disapear

The problem with the ignore function is that it only works when you are signed into the site. Sometimes you just want a quick fix to see whats new without actually signing in and unfortunately you have to read the nasty comments from the people you have on your ignore list.
