Polar bears usually only behave like that when they've been driven insane through a life in captivity. Even bears born in zoos often develop those repetitive movements due to boredom and lack of a stimulating environment.

I realise that the video has been edited, looped, and synched, but the bear's movement are still symptomatic of severe behavioural problems. :(
