I was so stupid, because I was on Netflix and I was watching movies online and come to find out they track your movies. My mom was on Netflix last night, and the freaking movies I watch popped up on the screen to be rated. I didn't know they tracked the movies you watch online, so my mom started talking to me about what was I watching, and all this other stuff. I was like damn now I have to tell. My family is southern baptist so, I was kinda worried what the outcome was going to be. So I told her that I was bi, and she was really kinda layed back about it. She is just worried that my soul might be lost, and scared I might get some disease, and she said she is going to praying about it. She isn't anti-gay, she just didn't want her son to be dealing with problems that can happen (like hate crimes & etc). She still loves me, and i'm glad of that. She said she won't tell anyone, but we will see how this turns out! I also told her that some of my friends know. I told one friend, and he told some of my other friends, but they are cool with it.
 
That's an unfortunate way to come out, but at least it went well. She just need time to get used to it. Both of you will be fine.

Right to the point. Huh? lol I watched Surveillance 24/7 & Angora Ranch. They were both good. They were both amateur movies. I was starting to watch Queer as F**K (Really stupid movie with dolls. lol), but I stopped watching it.

Yeah, I know I think the reason why she didn't act so bad about it is because, we have always been close. :)
 
I wish it were that "easy" w/- my parents! I know darn well my mom suspects...
I was look'g @ something the other day "Has ManHunt destoried Gay Culture?" & I wanted to print something for reading on the train to Melb. (Aust) one day, but it printed out some excess pages I didn't want, so I chucked it in the recycling...

Well Mom found it last nite didn't see! & ask'd the q'tion yet again!

This time more basically say'g "You are... theirs just been too many coincidences..."

I of course duck shoved it (yet again)...

I surpose they won't freak gathing the "Son... We need to talk" speech my dad said last year, so I feel I'd have their support...

Althrough... When I sorta said in the car driving home from work one nite... "What would u say if I throught I was Bi?..."

Mom straight out side I sure as hell hope ya not! So I'm in two minds to come out know'g that!

You know what, mothers know there sons. lol When I told her she said that she kinda knew before hand, but didn't say anything about it. What really pissed me off was when she told me that some of her fucking family members told her when I was younger I might turn out this way. I was like WTF!!!

WTF would have been my reaction too. People "turn out" to be lawyers or doctors or used car salesmen, they "turn out" to be gay as much as they "turn out" to have blue eyes.

You'd be surprised. Many times you can easily tell when a small child will turn out to be gay. When I look at my baby pictures, I cringe. How could they not have known, LOL.
 
my parents were the only ones who were surprised when I came out 6 1/2 years ago - everyone else either knew or was cool.

my parents were cool, they were just shocked that they hadn't realised what they already knew ;)

(my ex-wife however was not cool - and had no idea) :lol:

I radiate gayness. I give out so many clues (unintentioally) that you'd have to be blind not to notice, yet my mum still casually asks when I'll get a girlfriend.

I guess she is just stupid.

dude, she is just in denial - I have friends (gay) who just celebrated their silver anniversary - and the mother of one of them still [STRIKE]thinks [/STRIKE] says that they are just "flatmates" :lol:

she knows, she just doesn't want to know
