I am 5'7 tall
Currently a size 34 waist
Wearing Medium finally, which I know will stay the same, as I never wanna wear small.

April 8, 2008: 168 lbs

Hittin the gym 5-6 days a week...30-35 min visits...Workin the cardio for 500 calories each time...Use lifting machines every other day. Also am doing 8 min abs dvd everyday. Hopin for the best. I am making better choices in what I eat, but at the same time enjoying what I eat. Not binging or eating past 9 at night either. Eat when I am hungry and make sure I get every meal of the day.

May of 2007 I was 210 pounds..So I think I have come a long way, but have more to go...This thread I have every intention of keeping updated as there is a good amount of weight loss....Pics and all..

I hope to be an inspiration..As I continue to lose weight and reach my target goal...God willing...

As anyone can see from the pics, my problem areas are very noticeable. Any words of wisdom on changing those areas is greatly appreciated :-)

success...3 days strong..no eating after 9 at night...500 calories burned at the gym :-)

It's not always just a question of calories, it's also what's behind those calories, or better put, how your body deals with them.
Try to stay away from anything sweet to avoid insulin levels peaking up and down. This definitely includes any artificial sweeteners, so forget diet pop and other "light" desserts.

Have a high protein intake and consider eating smaller meals more often throughout the day, it helps to keep your metabolism revved.

Good luck and stay determined.

You are to be congratulated. You are making great progress.
I hope you will give us updates. Good luck and be healthy.
